10-Minute Salmon and Asparagus
This is the best salmon ever... so simple and easy but so incredibly good! This is a wonderful quick meal and a great meal prep idea.
Ingredients

1 wild salmon filet
- fresh-caught, skin removed

4 spears asparagus
- hard ends cut off

1 1/2 tsp olive oil

salt
- to taste

1/4 tsp seasoning
- pick your favorite; I recommend McCormick’s Culinary Selects, Cedar Citrus Seafood seasoning

lemon
- slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Place the salmon and the asparagus on a baking sheet. Brush the olive oil on the salmon and asparagus evenly. Salt it all to taste. Sprinkle your favorite, or my recommended seasoning, on the salmon.
- Cook for 7 minutes at 425º.
- Turn the oven to broil and continue cooking for two more minutes. The salmon should be very moist and flaky. Serve.
