6 Vegetable soup! Creamy or Chunky

  1. Preheat over to 425°.
  2. Put diced vegetables on a large baking pan. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until soft and turning golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, broth, cumin red pepper, and power greens to large pot. Cook over medium heat until greens are wilted.
  4. Add the vegetables, broth and tomato mixture. Allow soup to cook for about 5 more minutes over medium heat.
  5. Transfer soup into your blender. Blend until almost smooth. Your soup is now ready to enjoy!
