Banana Pan Cookie
Bananas and chocolate are a great combo!
Ingredients

1 1/2 banana
- the riper the better!

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup flour
- almond, whole wheat or white

1/4 tsp pecans
- chopped

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- or semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375º.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend well.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and the pecans.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. You can test doneness - if a toothpick inserted comes out clean, it's done.
