BBQ Chicken Tortilla Pizza

This is a quick way to whip up a luscious pizza.

  1. Add olive oil to a large pan (don't put your pan on the stove quite yet!).
  2. Rub the tortilla around in the pan on both sides to cover with oil.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the top side of your tortilla.
  4. Top the tortilla with chicken, red onion, and cheese.
  5. Turn your stovetop to medium-low heat and heat the oiled pan.
  6. Place the tortilla in the heated pan and cover the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-low heat so the cheese melts.
  7. Plate your pizza and top with some fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
