Best Cauliflower Ever
I had friends over and served this - they took a bite and named it!
Ingredients

1/4 head cauliflower

2 tsp sriracha sauce

1 tsp maple syrup

2 tsp soy sauce
-
2 tsp sesame oil
- or oil of your choice

sesame seeds
- optional
-
cilantro
- optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces and put in a small baking pan.
- In a separate bowl/glass mix together sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce and oil. Stir well and drizzle over cauliflower. Mix well.
- Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until browned. I recommend stirring the cauliflower 1/2 way through the cooking process.
- Remove and I suggest shaking a few sesame seeds over it and adding chopped cilantro. You can also cook this in your airfryer at 375° for about 18 minutes.
