Use this amazing sauce over roasted vegetables, fish, chicken, eggs, bread, baked potato, or just about anything.

  1. Heat oil over low/medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 3 minutes. Add crushed red pepper. When garlic turns a light golden color remove from heat.
  2. Let slightly cool and add lemon juice. When it is at room temperature add fresh parsley and salt (don't add parsley when warm or it will wilt the parley)
