Chicken Paprika w/ Veggies

  1. Add olive oil to a large pan and heat over med/high heat. Add chicken, stir and cook for 7-10 min. Add paprika and stir well.
  2. Add onions, peppers, and broth, and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, sour cream, yogurt, and caraway seeds.
  3. Stir well and cook until heated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place in bowls and sprinkle 1 tbsp fresh parsley over each serving.
