Chicken Sausage & Power Green Scramble

A great way to add extra flavor, protein, and vitamins to your scrambled eggs.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a small pan. Add sausage and greens and stir until greens are almost wilted.
  2. Crack the egg on top of the greens. Stir while the egg cooks.
  3. Remove from pan when the egg is set. Add salt and pepper.
