Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package and then cool to room temperature and add chicken, cucumbers, celery, onions, and cilantro. Stir well.
  2. In a separate bowl add all dressing ingredients. Stir well or blend.
  3. Pour dressing over quinoa. Refrigerate or enjoy at room temperature.
