Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri sauce is a versatile condiment that can be used to enhance the flavor of dishes such as meats, vegetables, sandwiches, and grain bowls.
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- freshly squeezed

2 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp fresh oregano
- option 1/2 tsp dried

1/2 clove garlic

3/4 tsp red chili pepper
- seeded, finely chopped
Instructions
- Put a splash of oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown stirring to make sure it it cooks on all sides.
- Put the remaining oil, lime juice, parsley, oregano, chilis, as well as the sauted garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Enjoy.
