Corned Beef & Cabbage Soup

Instructions

  1. Put broth into a pot.
  2. Add diced cabbage, minced garlic, and carrots. Cook until until vegetables are soft (cook on medium heat, approx. 10 minutes).
  3. Add green onions, corned beef (you can buy from the deli or cook a corned beef at home), fennel seed, and cayenne. Simmer for 5 additional minutes, then serve.
  4. Is great with some hot sauce on top :)
