1/3 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup snow peas
- chopped

1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- I love grape or cherry tomatoes!
Instructions
- Toast the bread and top with cottage cheese, peas, and tomatoes.
- Add a slice of turkey for an additional 5 grams of protein.
