Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
This works as a crowd-pleasing appetizer or simple side dish!
Ingredients

2 oz crab meat

2 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp ricotta cheese

1 1/2 tbsp green onion
- chopped

1 1/2 tsp parsley
- chopped

3 mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
- Wash and remove the stem from the mushrooms.
- Fill mushrooms with crab mixture.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve.
