Crazy-Good Cranberry Sauce
Don't limit this amazing sauce to holidays. It goes well with dishes throughout the year.
Ingredients

3 tbsp cranberries

1/8 tsp ginger root
- peel and grate or mince

1 1/4 tsp orange juice
- no sugar added, concentrate preferred

1/4 orange (seedless (like cuties or clementines))

2 tbsp water

honey

Instructions
- Put water into a pot and add fresh cranberries.
- Add the orange juice concentrate into the water and stir
- Peel and cut the orange into bite-size pieces. Drop them into the water and stir.
- Add in minced ginger. Stir again until well-distributed
- Put a lid on your pot and put it on medium heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool, and serve!
