Cream of Broccoli Soup

This is a healthy twist on a delicious bowl of comfort!

Instructions

  1. Pour broth into pot and turn to med/high health.
  2. Add broccoli, diced potatoes, onions. Cover and simmer for about 30 min. or until vegetables are very soft.
  3. Add milk and yogurt.
  4. Pour mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
