Fresh Salmon Tacos
Ingredients

1 1/2 oz salmon

1/8 tsp ground cumin

1 tbsp plain yogurt

2 tsp onion
- finely diced

3/4 tsp lemon juice
- fresh

2 tsp cilantro
- fresh, chopped

1 flour tortillas
- can use corn tortillas for gluten-free

1/4 avocado
- diced
-
2 tbsp shredded lettuce

1 pinch red pepper
- diced
Instructions
- Sprinkle cumin over salmon steak and bake in a preheated oven 350° for 15 min. or until cooked throughout.
- Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon juice, and cilantro.
- Place salmon in a warmed tortilla, and top with yogurt sauce, avocado, and lettuce. Serve immediately.
