Fresh Salmon Tacos

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle cumin over salmon steak and bake in a preheated oven 350° for 15 min. or until cooked throughout.
  2. Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon juice, and cilantro.
  3. Place salmon in a warmed tortilla, and top with yogurt sauce, avocado, and lettuce.  Serve immediately.
