  1. Chop the peeled mango into small, bite-sized pieces and place into a small pot.
  2. Add in lime juice, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, and water. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Take the chutney off the heat, mash up the softened fruit until it becomes a chunky texture. Spread.
