Fruit Chutney
Spread this goodness on crackers, grilled meats, baked brie, etc. Enjoy!
Ingredients

1/4 tsp ginger root
- fresh, peeled and minced

1/4 mango
- peeled

3/4 tsp lime juice
- freshly squeezed

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/16 tsp turmeric

1/16 tsp cayenne pepper

1 1/2 tsp water
Instructions
- Chop the peeled mango into small, bite-sized pieces and place into a small pot.
- Add in lime juice, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, and water. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Take the chutney off the heat, mash up the softened fruit until it becomes a chunky texture. Spread.
