Fruit Crisp
Delicious flavor is in no way compromised with this low-sugar version of a yummy fruit crisp!
Ingredients

3 tbsp blueberries
- frozen

1/2 cup strawberries
- sliced

1/3 banana
- sliced

4 tsp coconut oil
- melted

2 1/2 tbs oats
- organic

4 tsp pecans
- or nut of choice, chopped

1/3 tsp vanilla
-
1 tsp pure maple syrup

2 1/2 tsp flaxseed

1/6 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine sliced fruit into a baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, and set aside.
- Melt coconut oil.
- Place oats and pecans into a blender and lightly chop.
- Combine the oats and pecans with the melted coconut oil and add vanilla, syrup, and flaxseeds to the mixture. Mix.
- Spoon the oat mixture over the berries and bake for 40-45 minutes.
