Fruit Crumble (PB & J Style!)

This easy-to-make dessert combines juicy blackberries with a crispy nut butter crumble to create a luscious, healthy, PBJ-style dessert!

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Put blackberries and bananas in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Stir jelly into fruit.
  4. In a bowl, add the oil and nut butter and stir until blended.
  5. Add the baking soda to the flour and then combine it with the oil and nut butter mixture. The dough should be slightly crumbly.
  6. Using your hands (clean of course), crumble dough over the fruit mixture.
  7. Put in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes (fruit should be soft and topping is browned).
