Fruit Crumble (PB & J Style!)
This easy-to-make dessert combines juicy blackberries with a crispy nut butter crumble to create a luscious, healthy, PBJ-style dessert!
Ingredients

3/4 cup blackberries

1/3 banana
- sliced

2 tsp blackberry jelly
- low or no sugar added

2 tsp coconut oil
- melted

2 tsp nut butter
- all-natural

2 tbsp flour
- can use a gluten free option

2 tbsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put blackberries and bananas in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Stir jelly into fruit.
- In a bowl, add the oil and nut butter and stir until blended.
- Add the baking soda to the flour and then combine it with the oil and nut butter mixture. The dough should be slightly crumbly.
- Using your hands (clean of course), crumble dough over the fruit mixture.
- Put in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes (fruit should be soft and topping is browned).
