Fruity Chia Water
Chia seeds provide so many health benefits!
Ingredients

12 oz Water

2 tsp chia seeds**

1 tbsp fresh citrus juice
- lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit

ice
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except ice. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Fill glass with ice and pour water over ice.
- I also like doing it with sliced strawberries and ginger or cucumber and mint! I often triple the recipe and drink from it for 2 days.
