  1. Pour the sparkling water (or even just plain club soda) into a glass with ice.
  2. Squeeze lime juice in, and add the minced ginger (you can mince ginger by either cutting the root up very, very small or in a garlic press).
  3. Mix together with a spoon and enjoy!
