Golden Milk (Health Tonic)
Golden Milk is a tasty, sweet, and slightly spicy health drink that can help ease inflammation, help with digestion, and even help clear up your skin!
Ingredients

1 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 inch ginger root
- peeled and cut up into chunks

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp honey
- optional

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a small pot, add all the ingredients and spices into the pot. Put pot over medium heat, and then allow milk to simmer.
- Cook for about 2 minutes and continue stirring the mixture so it doesn’t burn. Remove ginger chunks.
- Take off heat, pour into mugs, and enjoy!
