Granola
Enjoy it as a nutritious topping for yogurt, a crunchy snack on its own, or however you wish but count on a deliciously satisfying blend of goodness in every bite!
Ingredients

1 cups oats

1/4 cup coconut
- shredded

1/4 cup almonds
- slivered

1/3 cup dried currents

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/8 cup coconut oil
- melted

1/4 tsp almond extract

1/4 tbsp cinnamon
- to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
- Pour mixture on a prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7 min.
- Remove the pan from the oven and carefully stir the ingredients.
- Place pan back in the oven and cook for an additional 8 min. Let cool and enjoy.
