Guacamole
You had me at guac!
Ingredients

1/2 avocado
- ripe

1 tbsp onion
- diced

1/12 medium tomato
- diced

1 tbsp cilantro (chopped (optional))

1/4 lime
- juiced

1/2 tsp cumin

salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- De-pit and cut up the avocado and put pieces in a medium-sized bowl.
- Use the back of your fork or a potato masher to mash your mixture together until chunky but more cohesive.
- Add in the tomatoes, onion, juice of your lime, cumin, and salt and pepper. If you like cilantro, add in your cilantro. Stir everything around, and then serve.
- Add in a few dashes of hot sauce or some chopped jalapeños if you like it hot.
