Italian Pizza Dough
Ingredients

2.5 cups flour
- preferably organic

.75 tsp instant yeast

.75 tsp salt

1.25 cups cold water

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Put flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and stir
- Add water and olive oil and stir really well
- Wet your hands and kneed dough for 10-15 min (don't cut this short)
- Put dough into a ball and let sit in bowl for 1 hour
- Kneed dough again and it's ready to roll out and use
- Enough dough for a large pizza (or 2 medium) - about 8 slices
