  1. Put flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and stir
  2. Add water and olive oil and stir really well
  3. Wet your hands and kneed dough for 10-15 min (don't cut this short)
  4. Put dough into a ball and let sit in bowl for 1 hour
  5. Kneed dough again and it's ready to roll out and use
  6. Enough dough for a large pizza (or 2 medium) - about 8 slices
