Lemon Garlic Shrimp, Asparagus, and Gnocchi 

Gnocchi is a hearty addition to this is a wonderful combination.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil. 
  2. Add asparagus and peppers and cook for 4 minutes. Add gnocchi and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Strain all ingredients and keep in the strainer.
  3. In the same pan add the olive oil and place over medium heat. To that pan add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and stir in the broth, lemon juice, and the gnocchi, and vegetables from the strainer.
  5. Plate the ingredients. Top with cheese (optional) and parsley and serve.
