Mango, Pineapple and Mint Popsicles
Who wouldn't love this tropical delight!
Ingredients

1/4 cup mango
- frozen

1/4 cup pineapple
- frozen

4 oz coconut milk

1/8 cup coconut water
- or reg. water

1 mint leaf
Instructions
- Blend the fruit, coconut milk, coconut water, and mint leaves into a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into mold and put into the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
