Mexican Roasted Sweet Potatoes
The sweet hot flavor of these sweet potatoes is just downright delicious!
Ingredients

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 clove garlic
- minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lime juiced

1 sweet potato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Peel and cube potatoes. Put them in a bowl and pour the remaining ingredients over them. Stir well.
- Spread the potatoes on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for about 25 minutes or until the desired doneness.
