My Favorite Vegetable Fries

You can pick your favorite vegetables and turn them into beloved fries!

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 F.
  2. Cut up your vegetables in the shape of fries- you can use zucchini, asparagus, potatoes, sweet potatoes, or even carrots!
  3. Toss your vegetables in olive oil (if you're having a hard time coating the vegetables in olive oil, you can place them in a plastic ziplock bag and shake to coat) and then place them on a cooking sheet.
  4. Cook the fries for 20-25 minutes (depending on the vegetable you use — the harder it is the longer it takes to cook.) Season after cooking, and then enjoy!
