Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  3. In a blender, add all your ingredients and blend until a smooth batter remains.
  4. Fold through the chocolate chips, if using them.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool completely, before slicing.
