Overnight Oatmeal
This is such a fun and delicious treat to wake up to!
Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup milk
- your choice

1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 1/2 tsp honey

1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large container and mix until combined.
- Pour into glass containers and cover with lid or plastic wrap.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, thin with milk, if desired. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or sliced bananas. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
