Peach Crisp
Ingredients

1 peach
- cut in bite-sized pieces

1/5 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tbsp coconut butter
- melted

1 1/2 tbsp oatmeal
- I don't recommend steel cut

3/4 tsp pure maple syrup

2 1/2 tsp whole wheat flour
- use almond flour for gluten-free

1/8 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put sliced peaches in an oven-safe pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
- Add all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well-mixed.
- Using your hands (hopefully clean!!) crumble the mixture over the peaches.
- Put in oven and bake for approx. 30 min. or until peaches are soft and crumble is brown.
