Simple! Great as a dip for chips or to put on top of tacos.
Ingredients

- chopped; use fresh, high-quality tomatoes for the best taste

- diced thin

- diced thin

1 tbsp cilantro
- optional

- juiced

1/4 cup mango
- ripe, diced, optional. This can be a sweet and fun addition.
