  1. Heat oil in a large pan and add a single layer of sliced pork. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 min. and flip.
  2. Add onions and tomatillos and cook 4 more minutes uncovered.
  3. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, wine, broth and cornstarch. Pour liquid into a pan and stir.
  4. Add capers and continue cooking for an additional 4 minutes or until pork is cooked through and the sauce is thickened. Serve.
