Portobello Burger

This recipe swaps out the traditional beef patty for a hearty portobello mushroom cap, grilled to perfection and topped with all your favorite fixings.

  1. Heat grill to medium or oven to 350º.
  2. Brush both sides of the mushroom with olive oil. Put the mushroom on the grill or in the oven for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Place mushroom caps on bread or bun.
  4. Sprinkle with blue cheese, and top with tomato, arugula, and lettuce. Eat open-faced.
