Quick and Easy Snack - Apricots & Peanut Butter

- make sure they don’t have added sugar or sulfur dioxide

2 tsp nut butter
- any type, no added sugar, organic preferred
Instructions
- Take a butter knife and spread some peanut butter over an apricot. Great for some quick energy and to help satisfy your hunger in a pinch!
