Quick and Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Cookies!
These are a delicious and healthy choice if you have a sweet tooth!
Ingredients

1 small banana
- ripe

1 1/2 tsp cacao powder

1/2 cup rolled oats
- not steel cut

1/4 cup dried coconut
- unsweetened, shredded

1/8 cup peanut butter
- creamy, no sugar added

1/6 cup coconut oil
- melted

7 morsels dark chocolate
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add cacao powder, oats, dried coconut, and peanut butter to the banana and mix.
- Once stirred, add melted coconut oil, and mix together well.
- Grease a cookie sheet (or cover with foil or parchment).
- Form dough/mixture into about 7 cookies and place a chocolate morsel on top. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool (or don't :D) and enjoy!
