Quick Breakfast Oats
This hearty oatmeal recipe is filled with chewy raisins, crunchy nuts, bananas, and cinnamon. It's a great way to start your day!
Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free oats

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup almonds
- sliced

1 cup almond milk
- can substitute cashew milk, no sugar added

1/2 banana
- slliced
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add oats, and turn heat to low.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add cinnamon, raisins, banana, and almonds, stir, cover the pan, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, stir in milk, and serve.
