Quick Swiss Breakfast (Muesli)
This traditional Swiss dish combines rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits for a nourishing and satisfying morning meal. It's a quick and easy way to fuel your body with wholesome ingredients!
Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
- use gluten-free oats to make gluten-free

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 tbs raisins

1 tbsp almonds
- sliced

1 tbsp apricots
- dried, chopped

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1/2 date
- chopped

1/2 tbsp cranberries
- dried
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil stovetop. Pour all ingredients into water.
- Turn heat to low and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed, about 7 minutes.
- Cover, and set for about 2 minutes before serving.
