  1. Put the chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup into a bowl. Slowly add the almond milk while stirring. Continue to stir to dissolve any clumps.
  2. Mix in blueberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate (I like to transfer mine into single-serving mason jars) for at least 3 hours but overnight is best.
