Instructions

  1. Fill a large pan 1/3 way with water. Warm the water but do not boil.
  2. Add rice sheet into water, holding onto one edge. When rice sheet is slightly softened remove from water and put on plate.
  3. Add 1/2 of the carrots, cucumber, lettuce, peppers, cilantro. Fold in sides and roll. Repeat with next rice papper wrap
  4. Mix all ingredients together and stir well. For the peanut sauce, mix all ingredients together. Serve with wrap.
