Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Spread or Dip
There are so many ways to enjoy this sweet, delicious spread/dip. Get creative!
Ingredients

- roasted

1/2 red pepper
- roasted, or 1/2 jar of roasted red peppers

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

3/4 tsp olive oil
