Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

1/4 cup celery
- diced

1/4 cup red pepper
- diced

1/4 cup peas

1/4 cup yellow onion
- diced

1/2 lb ground beef
- grass-fed preferred

3/8 cup tomato paste

1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tbsp dried basil

1 cup cauliflower
- cooked

1/4 cup milk

1/6 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cook the ground beef in a pan on the stovetop, chopping as it browns. Set aside.
- Heat a large frying pan on medium or medium-high. Add in all the vegetables (celery, red pepper, peas, and yellow onion) and cook until done. Leave in pan and set aside.
- In separate mixing bowl add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried basil and stir.
- Put beef, vegetables, and tomato paste mixture together and stir well. Then, scoop the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
- For the topping, blend cooked cauliflower, with milk, cheese. Cover the veggie/meat mixture with the cauliflower mixture and then put in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
