Shrimp and Cilantro Rice Bowl

Fragrant cilantro-infused rice forms the base for this delicious bowl that also incorporates shrimp, peas, and avocado.

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package and stir in salt, lime juice, and cilantro.
  2. In a large bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes and stir. Add shrimp and toss until combined.
  3. Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over med.  Add shrimp with marinade and onions and cook until just pink.
  4. Add peas and cook 1 additional minute.
  5. Put rice into bowls and top with shrimp and pea mixture and finish with chopped avocado.
