Simple Beef Tacos
Who doesn't love a yummy beef taco?
Ingredients

1 corn tortilla
- organic preferable

2 oz ground beef
- grass-fed organic beef or buffalo is best

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin
-
1/4 red pepper
- sliced

1/4 cup lettuce
- shredded

1/2 tomato
- diced
-
2 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Put beef in a pan and cook over medium heat. While cooking, break up the meat into small pieces.
- When meat turns brown add chili powder and cumin, peppers, and onions.
- Stir, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add meat, peppers, and onion to tortilla and top with lettuce, salsa, and yogurt.
