Simple Dinner - Sausage and Peppers

This is a simple go-to meal packed with protein, veggies, and great flavors.

Instructions

  1. Put water in a large pan and add sausage.
  2. Place diced onions and peppers on top of sausage.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat for approx 20 min. Check 1/2 way through cooking process to see if you need to add more water (water should just cover the bottom of the pan).
  4. Remove lid and add oregano and ground pepper and stir. Cook additional 5 min.
  5. Drain excess liquid and serve warm.
