Simple Sautéd Spinach
Spinach is a nutrient-dense superfood that offers a wealth of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and contributes to improved overall health.
Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable broth

1/2 cloves garlic
- minced

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- fresh squeezed

4 cups spinach
- fresh

3/4 tsp olive oil

salt and pepper

Instructions
- Rinse the spinach leaves and dry in a salad spinner or clean towel.
- Add broth to a large pot and cook over medium heat.
- When broth is simmering add garlic and cook for 2 min.
- Add lemon juice and spinach and stir.
- Cover the pot, turn the heat to high and cook for 2 min. U
- Uncover and cook for another minute or until all spinach is wilted.
- Use tongs to place spinach into a serving bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
