Simple Sautéd Spinach

  1. Rinse the spinach leaves and dry in a salad spinner or clean towel.
  2. Add broth to a large pot and cook over medium heat.
  3. When broth is simmering add garlic and cook for 2 min.
  4. Add lemon juice and spinach and stir.
  5. Cover the pot, turn the heat to high and cook for 2 min. U
  6. Uncover and cook for another minute or until all spinach is wilted.
  7. Use tongs to place spinach into a serving bowl.
  8. Drizzle olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
