Slow-Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

  1. Place the chicken breast in a crock pot or other slow cooker. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning. Add all other ingredients and cook for 6-7 hours on low heat or 4-5 hours on high heat.
  2. Once cooked, shred the cooked chicken with two forks. I usually add the fresh corn about 1-2 hours before serving for an extra crunch but can add with the other ingredients.
