Smoked Salmon & Avocado Toast

- whole grain or sprouted

2 oz smoked salmon
- optional, can sub sliced turkey or chicken

½ avocado
- mashed

1 egg
- fried

1/2 tsp lemon
- juice

black pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread and spread the avocado on it.
- Top with salmon/turkey, and the egg. Finish with lemon and pepper.
