Spicy Corn Soup
This sweet soup with a bit of a kick and a sprinkle of bacon is sure to please!
Ingredients

1 cup corn
- frozen, thawed and drained

1 strip bacon
- cooked and diced

1/5 white onion
- coarsely chopped

1/2 tsp ground cumin

2 cups water

1/5 jalapeño pepper
- large, deseeded and diced

1 pinch salt

1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté onion and bacon until onion is translucent. Add cumin and cook for another couple minutes.
- Put corn in with onion, add water and jalapeño. Simmer for 20 minutes. Puree on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and lime juice. Enjoy!
