Spicy Corn Soup

This sweet soup with a bit of a kick and a sprinkle of bacon is sure to please!

Instructions

  1. In a pot, sauté onion and bacon until onion is translucent. Add cumin and cook for another couple minutes.
  2. Put corn in with onion, add water and jalapeño. Simmer for 20 minutes. Puree on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and lime juice. Enjoy!
